Dear fast DB users,

I am very pleased to announce that, from October 2008, I will dedicate all my work to develop user-friendly bioinformatics tools. This work will be done in the context of a company named "GenoSplice technology".

GenoSplice technology will provide fast DB, all its future improvements and other user-friendly bioinformatics tools. Most of this work will be done on tight collaboration with INSERM (the French Institute for the biomedical research). In particular, the fast DB next generation will provide the most up-to-date gene and transcript annotations by allowing a live-updating of transcript integration.

GenoSplice technology will also provide services and software dedicated to the analysis and visualization of the Affymetrix Exon Array data.

Custom bioinformatics services and tools will also be possible on demand: dont hesitate to contact me for any need on bioinformatics services and/or tools.

The usage of fast DB will require registration. This registration will be free for academic users. If you are interested in the fast DB next generation, you can register from now by completing the following form. Comments and/or suggestions are welcome in order we can provide the more useful services as possible for you.

Best regards,

Pierre de la Grange
